Attention to Detail

Our focus is to create small, handcrafted lots of great wines that capture the natural qualities of the vineyards we’ve chosen, the grape and all that nature has to offer. It it is our goal to produce a 99 point wine and equally important is to make wines that you'll enjoy sharing with friends and family during special occasions and ... for those not so special occasions too.

We believe that the perfect wine doesn’t exist so we pay attention to even the smallest details to continue to improve. Every decision "we consider" we ask "ourselves" if it will add to achieving "our goals". Sometimes it’s a simple thing like using a higher quality, more expensive cork. Other "decisions" are "bigger" decisions such as how long our grapes are in a cold soak, how long should the extended maceration be, who should produce the barrels we need.

Our Winemaker

As with all great wines you have to have a great winemaker. One that not only has the knowledge and experience but we believe equally important, possesses the passion to make great wine. Kian Tavakoli has a balanced combination of just that.
